Intelligent combination mirror and device columns

Where safety light curtains reach their limits in terms of mounting and protection of the device, mirror and device columns are used. For multilateral protection in processing centers or shutters for materials with only one pair of sensors, the device columns are the ideal solution for beam deviation together with mirror columns. They combine compact and robust shape with high stability. They also allow universal use and do not require any additional wiring.

 

FlexLock safety switches

Safety lock monitored by RFID reading and writing device with a range of 180°.

The flexLock safety interlock with RFID read and write monitoring features an adjustable operating radius of 180. It therefore offers high flexibility with secure locking of doors and tailgates, even in the case of small door spokes. The clearly visible LEDs indicate the status of the device continuously from all angles. The open locking head and rounded housing of flexLock make cleaning simple. In addition, the high displacement tolerance ensures simple installation and high system availability even when the door is lowered. The variations for the protection of people or processes are suitable for use in many applications. The optional release of escape routes allows you to open the lock from the danger zone.

It can monitor up to 6 Inxpect Smart Sensors and thanks to Inxpect Safety software it allows you to configure the safety functions, the size of the detection fields and the functionality of the I/O ports of the control unit via USB

It presents a complete range of safe and compliant Modular Guards to delimit each machine layout. The solid structure but low weight, is robust and at the same time easy to handle contributing to the ease of assembly. The frame is already drilled to allow assembly with screws and accessories installation. Available with 20 or 30 mm square tubes.

It’s ideal for partitioning areas or when no particular impact resistance is required, for example in automated transport systems. Like all Satech Solutions, it is customizable with a wide range of doors and accessories.

ADAPTGUARD

The Protection without frame with maximum adaptability.

AdaptaGuard is the series of Perimeter Protections that allows you to make adaptations of the networks directly on site saving valuable time in case of unexpected needs. The 4 mm wire mesh, the reinforced pleats and the 50 mm pedestal with square base make AdaptaGuard lightweight but resistant even in situations of high risk of impact by mechanical means.

Perimeter protections in stainless steel with hygienic design

BlueGuard combines the safety and flexibility of Satech Perimeter Guards with the high hygiene standards required in the agri-food, chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
